We operate on a transparent pricing model:

• Fabric, manufacturing and shipping charged at cost: no hidden margins.

• Flat consultancy fee: for project management and business strategy.

• End-end execution: from sourcing to execution.

We handle everything; from sourcing fabric to final production so you can focus on designing and selling.

Our Source, Sample, Scale package is designed to be a One-Stop-Shop for your supply and production needs.

We follow Agile principles which means we work on an iterative approach, and source everything on demand; from fabrics to manpower.

Costs

We don’t inflate material costs or add hidden margins. We add this to your invoice so you know exactly what you've paid for manufacturing.

You pay 'at cost' for:

• Fabric

• Any Printing/Dyeing

• Manufacturing

• Shipping

Our flat consultancy fee covers full project management, from sourcing, production oversight, ensuring efficiency, cost control and quality assurance.

Pricing

Fabric Sourcing

We don't just source fabrics; we curate them for your brand. Access the networks we've been in since childhood. Fast, ethical, on-brand; every time.

If you need ready-made fabrics like cotton, linen, silk or prints, we source on-demand, quality check, pack and arrange shipping.

You pay for the fabric and shipping at-cost. We'll price up the fabric once we know your quantities. Then, we add the management fee for undertaking the work

Total Cost = Fabric cost + Shipping cost + Management fee

We take 100% payment upfront for Fabric Only orders.

• Up to 5 metres (Samples):£100

• 5-50 metres: £200

• 50-100 metres-£300

Product Development: Source. Sample. Scale.

Custom Print Fabric Sourcing

If you'd like a specific design, or have a custom print, we oversee your entire printing process to ensure the colours and quality meet your requirements.

We offer Digital, Screen and Block printing. If you have any requests, please email us.

You pay for the fabric, printing and shipping; at cost. Then we'll add the management fee undertaking the work.

Total Cost = Fabric cost + Manufacturing cost + Shipping cost + Management fee

We take 50% payment upfront and for Custom Fabric orders.

• Up to 5 metres (Samples) – £175

Value: Ideal for prototypes, or test prints. This package gives you the opportunity to test your designs with no large commitment.

• 5-50 metres – £500

Value: Perfect for small batch production, limited collections, or early-stage brand development. Our expertise in pricing negotiation guarantees brands access to better rates and higher quality fabrics and prints.

• 50-100 metres - £1000

Value: A solution for brands looking to scale without the hassle of managing every detail themselves. With this package, clients benefit our deep industry knowledge and strong connections in sourcing, printing, and logistics.

If you're starting out or scaling, this package saves you time and stress. We source everything; you pay for the fabric, shipping and manufacturing at cost, and we'll add this to your invoice. The consultancy fee is added to the total order value.

The Three Tiers

There are three tiers of production available, which depends on your product volumes and design complexity.

Sample Batch: Low MOQs because we know the smart route. We refine your product with real time sampling, quality checks, fit alignment and print placement. Ideal for small brands looking to test a product with low MOQ. Perfect for those who want to dip their toes into production with less risk, and need expert guidance but on a smaller budget.

Sample Batch Production: From £1850

• For orders between 20-50 MOQ.

• Max 2 designs/2 colours

• 1 round of sampling (includes refinement)

• Sourcing of fabric and trims.

• Project Management (timeline, communication)

• Quality control

• Shipping Logistics

Small Batch: Ideal for Brands that are growing and need to expand product lines, need more design iterations, and have more complex requests (e.g. multiple colours, fabrics or patterns).

Small Batch Production: From £5000

• For orders between 50-200 MOQ.

• Max 4 designs/4 colours

• 2 rounds of sampling (includes refinement)

• Sourcing of fabric and trims.

• Project Management (timeline, communication)

• Quality control

• Shipping Logistics

Scaling Batch: You get robust timelines, crisis-proof execution, and ethical production oversight. Ideal for established brands that are scaling up and need a full service offering. This is for brands looking to produce on a larger scale, requiring close oversight, multiple iterations, and complete production management.

Scaling Batch Production: From £8350

• For orders between 200-500 MOQ.

• Max 8 designs/6 colours

• 3 rounds of sampling (includes refinement)

• Sourcing of fabric and trims.
