Rooted in Jaipur, Crafted with Care

Born and raised in Jaipur, the textile capital of India; Idris comes from generations of makers. His family’s legacy spans semi-precious gemstones, handcrafted bangles and block-printed textiles, kept alive through decades of craft tradition.

Today, Fabric By Idris continues this story celebrating natural cotton fabrics, age-old block printing techniques, and artisan skills passed from parent to child.

We work with Jaipur’s master block-printing artisans, using natural dyes and hand-carved wooden blocks, where each print is unique, just like every creative project.

This is slow, sustainable fashion; not rushed, or mass-produced, and designed for designers, studios and small brands who care about heritage & planet.

Fabric By Idris was created to challenge how fabric sourcing works for small brands.

Too many talented founders are pushed into:

• Large minimums

• Excess stock

• Or compromising their values just to “get started”

We believe you should be able to create responsibly from day one.

With roots in ethical textile production and a deep understanding of how small brands operate, we exist to make sourcing simpler, slower and more intentional.
